Step 01

Register your traveler profile

Create your profile with personal details, passport information and contact details. Your profile is saved and pre-fills downstream forms — you only need to enter this information once.

Required before completing a declaration. Have your passport available before starting.

Step 02

Complete your travel declaration

Provide your travel details — arrival date, flight number, port of embarkation and countries visited in the 30 days prior to arrival. A unique reference code (KIR-2026-XXXXX) is issued automatically on submission.

Estimated completion time: 2–3 minutes once your profile is created.

Step 03

Complete your health declaration

Submit your health declaration to the Ministry of Health & Medical Services. Enter your reference code from Step 02 — your personal and travel details are pre-filled automatically. Declare any symptoms or relevant health information.

Required under the Public Health Act. Complete after your travel declaration is submitted.

Online Declaration

Complete your traveler profile, travel declaration and health form online before departure. Your unique reference code (KIR-2026-XXXXX) is issued immediately on submission.

02
Immigration Check

Present your reference code to the Immigration officer. Your details are retrieved automatically from the portal — no paper forms or re-entry of information is required.

03
Customs & Biosecurity

Proceed to Customs and Biosecurity for inspection of goods and baggage. Declare all items as required under the Customs Act 2019 and Biosecurity Act 2011.

04
Health Screening

Health officers from MHMS review your health declaration using your reference code. You may be asked follow-up questions based on your declared symptoms or travel history.

Your reference code links your declaration across all three checkpoints. Officers at Immigration, Customs and Health can all access your submitted information using the same code — you do not need to re-enter your details at any point.
